2. Service Description
Rethink Spark offers a digital platform accessible online. Some features are free, while others are reserved for paying subscribers via a monthly or yearly subscription.
3. Account Creation
Access to features requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to premium features is conditioned on a paid subscription, managed via Stripe. Current rates are displayed on the site. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless terminated by the user.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services fully provided before the end of the legal period.
By subscribing, you accept the immediate execution of the service and waive this right.
6. Termination
You can terminate your subscription at any time via your account. No refund is due for the current period. Rethink Spark may suspend an account in case of non-payment or abuse.
7. User Obligations
You agree to respect applicable legislation and not to use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or illicit purposes. Any violation may result in account suspension or deletion without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, software, graphics, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or reuse without authorization is prohibited.
9. Liability
Rethink Spark strives to ensure the availability of its services but cannot be held liable in case of interruption, data loss, or any indirect damage.
In case of force majeure or technical failure beyond its control, its liability cannot be engaged.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. You have rights of access, rectification, and deletion of your data in accordance with the GDPR.
11. Modification of Terms
Rethink Spark reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The user will be informed by email or via the site. By continuing to use the service, you accept the new terms.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution attempt will be privileged. Failing that, the courts of Cannes shall have jurisdiction.
